Allison F. Disbrow, L.M.T.

I am a native of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and am the owner of Therapia Massage.  I am a 2013 graduate of Boiling Springs High School and a 2015 graduate of McCann School of Business and Technology.

Pain relief and wellness therapy are always my main goal.  I believe that massage has a healing effect on the body as well as the mind, and through massage you will be able to achieve wellness of both.  

Everyone, no matter what the age, can benefit from a massage session. Therapia is not a spa, but rather a place for relaxation and healing.  I enjoy all areas of massage with my main focus being on muscle pain and injuries, prenatal, and trigger point therapy.  If you are looking for total relaxation to unwind and release from the daily stresses in a fast paced life, or if you have a specific problem area that you need to have addressed, please feel free to contact me to discuss a treatment session that will benefit your particular need, as well as other options that may be available to you.
